If you have arrived on-site but cannot proceed with the project, please follow the steps below to report a no-show correctly.
Steps to Report a No-Show

Check in first
You must check in to confirm that you are on-site before reporting a no-show. Learn how to Check in and Out of Projects -
Tap “Report a No-Show”
Select the option directly from your session. -
Select a reason
Indicate what prevented the photoshoot from taking place. This step is mandatory. -
(Optional) Add context
You may provide additional details in the free-text field to help the team better understand the situation. -
Confirm your report
Tick the confirmation box to finalize your no-show report.
What happens next?
- The session is immediately closed.
- The project is put on hold.
- The client is notified and will decide whether to cancel or reschedule.
- The Support team may contact you if additional details are required.
⚠️ Important: Reporting a no-show is final and cannot be undone.
Compensation
If the no-show is confirmed by the internal team, the compensation fee will be added to your current invoice.
