In some cases, the merchant may ask you to take more or fewer photos than what is included in the original- package. This is not an issue, provided that OCUS and the client are properly informed.
Please follow the guidelines below.
If the Owner Wants More Photos Than Indicated in the Package
The business owner must contact their commercial partner to request additional media.
If the request is approved:
- The commercial partner will contact OCUS for confirmation.
- The package will be upgraded.
- Both the photographer and the restaurant will be informed.
Do not deliver additional media unless the package has been officially updated and confirmed.
If the Owner Wants Fewer Photos Than Indicated in the Package
This is possible, but clear documentation is mandatory.
When uploading the media, you must leave a comment on the mission page explaining the situation. For example: “The client provided only 3 dishes instead of 5.”
You must also include:
- The full name of the person who refused the additional media
- Their phone number
Important: If no comment is provided, or if the information is incomplete, the assignment will not be validated.
In such cases, the Quality Control team will need to contact you to collect the missing details, which will delay validation and delivery.
