The Merchant Wants to Change the Guidelines

We do our best to ensure that assignments run smoothly and that you encounter as few surprises or additional requests as possible on site. All guidelines and expectations are agreed upon in advance with the merchant.

If the merchant requests changes that go beyond the agreed guidelines or charter, you must contact OCUS immediately using the dedicated form available on the Help Center homepage. This allows us to review the request with the client and agree on a solution before proceeding.

Proof Is Mandatory

Any request to modify the guidelines must be supported by clear proof, such as:

  • A written message from the client
  • An email
  • A message shared through the platform

Verbal requests without written confirmation must not be followed unless OCUS has explicitly validated them.

Check the Assignment Comments

Some specific requests may already be mentioned in the comments section on the assignment page. If this is the case, those instructions are considered part of the assignment and must be followed on site.

⚠️Reminder: Do not apply changes to the guidelines based solely on verbal instructions. Always ensure the request is documented and validated to avoid issues during Quality Control.
