What is the Cart?
The Cart is the list of Projects which you claimed, but that you haven’t scheduled yet.
- Your Cart is limited to 10 Projects at a time.
- Projects in your Cart have a scheduling deadline. The scheduling deadline is set for Day +2 business days at 11:59 pm. Business days are Monday to Friday. For example, if you claim project on Monday, the deadline is Wednesday at 11:59 pm, and if you claim project on Friday, the deadline is Tuesday at 11:59 pm.
- If you haven’t scheduled the Project or told us what happened before then, you will automatically be unassigned.
- When a Project is in your Cart, it is not visible to the other Creators.
- Every Project without Proposed Date that you claim will land in your Cart.
- If you schedule a Project that is in your Cart, it is removed from it and frees one slot.
How to claim a Project?
Projects with Proposed Dates
When you select a Project with Proposed Dates on the map in the Browse page, a new panel will be displayed to let you choose one of the proposed date and claim project.
When you hit “Claim Project”:
- The Project won’t land in your Cart because it’s already scheduled.
- You are assigned to the Project and no one else can work on it.
Projects without Proposed Dates
When you select a Project without Proposed Dates on the map in the Browse page, a new panel will be displayed to let you claim project.
When you hit “Claim Project”:
- The Project will land in your Cart because it’s not scheduled yet.
- You are assigned to the Project and no one else can work on it until the scheduling deadline.
If your Cart is full, you won’t be able to claim a Project without Proposed Dates until you have scheduled one of the Projects in the Cart.
How to access your Cart?
On the Browse page, you can open your Cart by clicking on the “Projects to Schedule” button at the top of the screen.
The Cart opens on the right side of your screen and displays all the Projects you have claimed, as well as the deadline for their scheduling.
- If your Cart is full, a message will be displayed to warn you.
- If you click on any Project in your Cart, it will take you to its page.
What is the scheduling deadline?
When a Project enters your Cart, it is given a scheduling deadline.
- The scheduling deadline is defined for Day+2 business days at 11:59 pm. (e.g. if I claim a Project on Monday, the deadline will be Wednesday at 11:59 pm)
- Business days are Monday to Friday (e.g. if I claim a Project on Friday, the deadline will be Tuesday at 11:59 pm)
- The scheduling deadline is displayed:
- On the card of the Project in your Cart
- On the list of Projects in the page My Project
- On the Project page
- Within the days until the scheduling deadline, you are expected to:
- Call at least 5 times
- Leave at least 1 voicemail or 1 text message
You have multiple options before the deadline:
- Schedule the Project
- Tell us you couldn’t schedule the Project
- Drop the Project
If you have done none of these options before the scheduling deadline, you will automatically be unassigned from the Project.
How to schedule a Project?
When you have claimed a Project, you can schedule it from the Project page by clicking on “Schedule Project”.
From there, just pick a date, an hour, tick the checkbox to certify that the Partner agreed to this scheduling and confirm.
⚠️ The Partner will be notified and can dispute the scheduling if you haven’t agreed with them beforehand. In this case, you will be unassigned from the Project and the issue will be investigated by our team.
What to do when you can’t schedule the Project?
There are multiple situations in which you won’t be able to schedule the Project.
If that happens to you, make sure you hit “Can’t Schedule Project” on the Project page and select the corresponding reason why:
- Partner is unreachable
- Partner wants to be called back later
- Partner refused to do the Project
- Wrong number
Partner is unreachable
This reason can only be picked on the last day of the current scheduling period in order to leave enough time for the Partner to get back to you. Meaning, for example, that if you claim a Project on Monday, you won’t be able to use this reason before Wednesday.
When you choose this reason for the first time, you have two options:
- Hand Over to Support: unassigns you from the Project, frees a slot in your Cart and raises an issue for our team to reach out to the Client in order to review the situation and make sure the Project is still planned.
- Extend Scheduling Window: postpone the scheduling deadline to Day+2 business days in order to leave you more time to try to call again and hopefully get the Partner on the phone in order to schedule the Project. You will thus stay assigned to the Project.
If you choose to extend the scheduling window, you could unfortunately still face the same situation two days later, with a Partner that is unreachable. In this case, your only option will be to hand the situation over to our team, which will unassign you from the project and free a slot in your Cart.
Partner wants to be called later
When you get the Partner on the phone, but they ask you to call later, there are two options:
- The Partner wants to be called in more than 15 days: we expect you to use the “Hand Over to Support” option, so that we can get back to the Client and speed up the process. You will be unassigned from the Project and it will free a slot in your Cart.
- The Partner wants to be called in less than 15 days: you can pick the date you agreed upon with the Partner. You will stay assigned to the Project and it will stay in your Cart. The new scheduling deadline for this Project will be the date you picked. Note that you won’t be able to plan a call back later further than 30 days after you claimed the Project and will have to hand the Project over to Support if you get there. You will be unassigned from the Project and it will free a slot in your Cart.
Partner refused to do the Project
When you get the Partner on the phone, but they do not accept to do the Project, you need to pick this reason. Then, you may select one of the following sub-reasons:
- Partner already has visuals
- Partner is not Ready Yet / Too Busy
- Partner doesn’t want professional photography
- Partner doesn’t work with the Client
- Partner doesn’t want to waste food
- Other
You can only hand it over to our Support team from there, so that we can escalate to the Client to resolve the issue. You will be unassigned from the Project and it will free a slot in your Cart.
Wrong number
When the phone number we provided is not the phone number of the Partner, you can pick this reason and hand it over to our Support team. You will be unassigned from the Project and it will free a slot in your Cart.
What if you want to unassign yourself?
In case you need to drop a project before being able to schedule it, you can use the Drop Project button on the Project page. This will unassign you from the Project and free a slot in your Cart.
Note: Dropping a project will impact your visibility for future Project opportunities.
Note that, if you have tried to contact the Partner or have encountered any of the situations that could prevent you from scheduling the Project, you should use the Can’t Schedule Project button instead.
