Uploading Media Issues: What to Do

During your projects with OCUS, you may occasionally experience issues when uploading media through the platform. These situations may include:

  • Technical issues during the upload process.
  • Uploading incorrect media by mistake.
  • Being asked to upload additional images, or proactively adding more media, and encountering platform-related issues.

In exceptional cases only, when uploading through the OCUS platform is not possible, you may share your media using an alternative transfer method such as WeTransfer, SwissTransfer, Dropbox, or a public Google Drive link.

When using these tools, please ensure that you:

  • Share the files via a direct download link (not as email attachments).
  • Make sure the link is publicly accessible and does not require access approval.
  • Set the link expiration date to the maximum available duration to prevent files from expiring before validation.

Alternative transfer methods must only be used when strictly necessary and do not replace the standard upload process on the OCUS platform.
