Getting Paid

Receiving your payment is simple, but there are a few important steps you must complete to ensure a smooth process.

1. Set Up Your Payoneer Account (Mandatory)

All OCUS payments are processed through Payoneer. To receive your earnings, you must:

  • Create a new Payoneer account if you do not already have one, or
  • Connect your existing Payoneer account.

You can access the setup link in Settings → Invoices.

⚠️ Without a linked Payoneer account, we cannot process your payments.

2. Invoices are generated automatically

Between the 1st and 5th of each month, OCUS automatically generates your invoice for you to approve.

3. Review and confirm your invoice

Once your invoice is available, you can either:

  • Accept the invoice → This confirms that all details are correct and allows the payment process to proceed.
  • ⚠️ Report an issue → If you notice an error, submit a report through the platform. Our Support Team will review your request and respond as soon as possible.

4. Receive your payment

After you accept the invoice, your payment is processed through Payoneer.

From your Payoneer account, you can withdraw your funds to your bank account according to your selected preferences.

💡 Tip: If your invoice is not visible immediately at the beginning of the month, please check again after one or two days.
