In progress - Not yet assigned

Once the photoshoot is ordered, it will appear as ‘Not yet assigned’ until a photographer confirms their preferred slot.

In progress - Scheduled

Your photoshoot will move to ‘Scheduled’ once the photographer chooses their preferred slot. You can cancel the photoshoot at this stage if needed.

Pending Review - Waiting for photos

The status will change to ‘Waiting for photos’ right after the photoshoot until the photographer uploads them.

Pending Review - Editing

Once the images have been uploaded, the images will be sent to post-production at the photoshoot status will be ‘Editing’.

Past - Validated

If the images meet your guidelines, the photoshoot will appear as ‘Validated’. You will be able to retrieve the images on your DAM. Your restaurant partner will receive their images via email and SMS.

Past - Canceled

Canceled photoshoots will also appear on your Past orders
