How to order a new session

Click on the ‘New order’ button to start booking a photoshoot

You will then have to select the address of the photosession and the package: 

Open the calendar view to check photographers’ availability and find the best photoshoot slot:

Select the date from the calendar view and scroll through the time view to see photographers’ availability

To maximise the chances of having a photographer, choose the days with ‘High Availability’ and select more than 1 slot with different photographers’ availability. Once you’re done, click on the ‘next’ button

Write the photoshoot name, internal ID and instructions for the photoshoot (don’t forget to include the link to the items to be shot)

Add the on-site contact details and click on the ‘Save’ button.
You can add more than one on-site contact to the same photoshoot.

Click on ‘Review and confirm’ to order your photoshoot, and you will also find it in the session list.
