Under which conditions must the assignment take place?

A few precautions must be taken in order for the assignment to be fulfilled in the best-possible conditions, as the time the photographer spends on the location is limited.

  1. Premises are ready when the photographer arrives
The photographer will carry out the assignment in the conditions in which she/he found the premises. Therefore it is your customer’s responsibility to make sure the venue is ready upon the photographer’s arrival (e.g., the tables of a restaurant must be ready and clean, and most of the dishes ready, etc.).

  2.  On-site partner is easily reachable
Make sure to communicate all the correct information when placing your order(correct contact name and telephone number, exact address, etc.) so that the photographer doesn’t get locked out, or has not communicated with the person in charge.

  3. Respect the brief
A brief is sent to both the on-site partner/vendor/merchant and the assigned photographer. In order to provide everyone with all of the rules and information required to ensure a successful photoshoot (number of shots to be captured, duration of the shoot, elements to be shot, etc).
This is why it is essential for the on-site representative to be familiar with the brief before the assignment and respect it, so that the assignment can be completed in the best possible conditions.
