ISelect the project from the map. If the assignment requires significant travel, you may be eligible for a travel fee (learn more in our article on Travel Fees).
- Read the project guidelines carefully and ensure you can remain on site for the required duration of the session.
- Assign yourself to the project by either:
- Confirming a project with a pre-scheduled date, or
- Successfully coordinating a date and time directly with the restaurant.
- Check in at the start of the session and check out immediately after it ends to avoid delivery delays. For detailed instructions, please refer to the dedicated article on check-in and check-out.
- Arrive on site (for on-site projects) and capture the required number of media items according to the project guidelines.
- Make sure all single-subject images are properly labeled before validation (see our guide on How to Label Your Media Correctly).
- Upload your media to the platform before midnight on the day of the project*.
Once uploaded, your media will be edited and validated by our teams before being delivered to the client.
*Your reliability rating may be impacted if your media is uploaded late. If you experience any technical issues, contact the Support Team as soon as possible.
