Legal Documents Required

As a photographer or videographer registering with OCUS, you are required to provide legal documentation. The exact documents depend on your country of residence and work status.

⚠️ Important: All documents must remain valid for the entire period you intend to work with OCUS. Expired or invalid documents may prevent assignment validation or delay payment.

1. Documents Required (All Countries Except USA and France)

If Your Country of Work Is Your Home Country

You must provide:

  • A valid identity document (ID card, driver’s license, or passport)
  • A valid document proving business registration with the local trade or commercial register

If Your Country of Work Is Different from Your Home Country

You must provide:

  • A valid identity document (ID card, driver’s license, or passport)
  • A valid residence permit
  • A valid work permit
  • A business registration document registered either:
    • In your home country, or
    • In your country of residence with the local trade or commercial register

2. Documents Required for Photographers and Videographers Based in the USA

To work with OCUS, you must provide:

  • A valid identity document (driver’s license or passport)
  • A completed IRS Form W-9
  • A business registration document at the State level
  • Your IRS number as your legal identification number

Please ensure all submitted documents are accurate, up to date, and clearly legible to avoid delays in profile validation.
