DoorDash "At-Home" Projects – Voucher Guidelines

For DoorDash "At-Home projects", your food order is fully covered using a voucher provided directly on your project page.


⚠️ Important

If you have any issues with your voucher:

  • ❌ Do NOT place the order
  • ❌ Do NOT pay out of pocket

👉 You will still receive your remuneration as usual.
👉 All issues are handled internally by OCUS.


What the voucher covers:

  • Food cost
  • Delivery fees
  • Taxes

👉 You should never be charged.
If any amount appears → stop and contact Support.


How the voucher works:

  • Single-use
  • Linked to one specific project
  • Time-limited (expires within 24–48h)

⚠️ It must only be used for the assigned project.


When and where to find it:

Your voucher will appear:

⏱️ 2 hours before your scheduled session time
⏱️ In your project description


What you must do:

  • Order only the listed items
  • Use the voucher on your project page
  • Make sure the voucher is not applied to personal orders

What you must NOT do:

🚫 Use the voucher for personal purchases

🚫 Use it on another project

🚫 Pay out of pocket if it doesn’t work

👉 OCUS does not reimburse personal expenses


❌ Common issues

1. Voucher not visible

  • Check if you are within 2 hours before your session
  • If yes:
    • Do not order
    • Contact Support with:
      • Project ID
      • Screenshot of the voucher

2. Voucher not working or insufficient

  • Do not place the order
  • Do not pay the difference

👉 The issue will be handled internally with DoorDash.

3. Order canceled after voucher use

  • No action required
    👉 OCUS will review and resolve the situation.

4. Voucher used by mistake (personal use)

  • Contact OCU Support immediately
  • The amount may be deducted
  • No new voucher will be issued
