What the landing page is and how to use it with restaurants

What the landing page is:

The landing page is a page you can send to the restaurant where they have all photoshoot information centralised in one place.
It allows the restaurant to review the photoshoot details, confirm whether they want to proceed, and update any practical details needed before the shoot.
Using the landing page helps ensure both you and the restaurant are aligned and reduces last-minute issues.

How to send the landing page?

From the project page, click “Send landing page.”

This automatically sends an email and SMS to the restaurant’s onsite contact with a link to the landing page.

You can send the landing page multiple times if the restaurant needs to review or update information again.

When to use the landing page and what the restaurant can do from it

Send the landing page as early as possible, ideally after your first call or exchange with the restaurant. This gives them a clear reference point for all photoshoot information and helps ensure alignment from the start.

You should also send the landing page anytime the restaurant needs to update photoshoot details, for example:

  • If the photoshoot date needs to be changed or rescheduled
  • When location, access, or instructions need to be changed
  • When contact details need to be updated

From the landing page, the restaurant can:

  • Accept or decline the photoshoot (acceptance is required to make changes)
  • Reschedule the photoshoot date
  • Edit the location and access instructions
  • Update contact details, including email, phone number, or an alternative contact
  • Review the assigned creator
  • Validate all photoshoot information using a checklist
